Google Drive sync belongs to your liveworkspace account, so it is the same in livedesign and every other liveworkspace app, and one connection covers them all. When you are signed in, each of your designs becomes a .livedesign file in a liveworkspace folder in your Drive, in folders that match yours. Renames, moves and deletions sync both ways, and it keeps up on liveworkspace's servers whether or not livedesign is open.
To connect, open Settings, choose Account, and find Google Drive under Cloud Sync. In the Explorer, a small cloud by each design's Updated time says whether it is synced.

Only your own work is synced: designs in a team, designs shared with you and designs kept only in this browser stay out of Drive.
